At The Alexander, our approach to staff is rooted in the belief that every team member is a valuable person in achieving our promise and vision. We will support and nurture our employees so that they can support and nurture our residents. Our team will comprise of nursing, personal support workers (PSWs), health care aides, a talented chef, cooking staff, dietary aides, housekeeping experts, maintenance personnel, laundry service personnel, and recreation planners.
